Focus on... Communicating your Research

The Doctoral College is pleased to announce the first in a series of themed events. Our Focus on Communications offers PGRs and ECRs opportunities for training, discussion and networking on a variety of themes and ways to communicate your research. We have invited experienced researchers to give individual talks on particular fora – such as twitter and blogging - alongside Researcher Development training delivered by the communications, marketing and public engagement teams. The event will include a panel of experts on 14th November, with opportunities for discussion, debate and networking.

Our Focus on…talks are opportunities for you to hear from an expert in a particular communication forum or tool, and to ask questions about how you might adopt them for the promotion and communication of your own research.
