Here at the BBC we are all singing the praises of every single one of you that we had the pleasure to meet and work with. I can honestly say we have never before worked with such a great team of people, who just couldn’t do enough to help us. Your attention to details was unsurpassed.

The Forum looked absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere in there was buzzing...it showcased the University of Exeter at it’s very best...

Everyone was delighted with the choices of hot meals at lunchtime and the buffet in the evening. You catered brilliantly for absolutely everyone.

All in all, I can’t thank you enough for all that you did to make Children in Need 2012 from the University of Exeter such a huge success. It’s been a complete pleasure to work with such a brilliantly helpful, creative, constructive team of people with a real can-do attitude.

I would like to add my unbridled praise for the staff at the University, who were unfailingly helpful in every possible way.

The professionalism shown by everyone at every level was outstanding, from the conference organisers themselves to the lovely ladies who cleaned the bedrooms.

The organisation was seamless...

Thank you so much for another excellent event last night. Yet again, the organisation was seamless – food was received timely and clearance was quick.  I was very pleased to see that the drinks reception was set up and ready to go prior to any arrivals and everybody looked smart in their black uniforms. Now onto the food – it was fantastic which was clearly noticeable by the empty plates going back into the kitchen! Well done, Aaron to you and your team for providing top quality delicious meals.

The food was fabulous...

I just wanted to say how very impressed the Martineau contingent was with the facilities, staff and catering that underpinned the AHUA conference. It was an extremely slick, impressive and yet friendly and personable performance from all those we dealt with and the food was fabulous!

The porters did a wonderful job...

A successful and enjoyable visit to Exeter...

I wanted to say an enormous thank you for all of your help for our booking with you at the beginning of August.  The group enjoyed themselves enormously and all commented to me how pleasant and comfortable the accommodation was, and how everyone at Exeter University was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for making the last-minute changes have minimal impact on us and for the daily coach service that you provided for us.  I know the group hugely appreciated this.   They also all commented on how nice the final dinner was on Saturday – so thank you for giving this to us as well.

One of the best venues we have visited...

I want to pass on our thanks to you and all of the team at Mardon and Holland Halls who made our stay so comfortable. Everybody was immensely helpful and welcoming and this was noticed by many of my party. I hope the customer satisfaction returns reflected this because I thought Exeter to have been one of the best venues we have visited in the past ten years.
