Our Event Sales Specialists will work with you to ensure that all accessibility requirements are taken into account, so please ensure that details are always conveyed to the Events Team as early as possible.
We provide on a regular basis hearing loops, vibrating alarm pillows in bedrooms and also welcome assistance dogs. For other specialist requirements advised, we will refer to the designated University Accessibility Team, in order to best meet your needs.
All buildings on campus have been reviewed with regards to accessibility and have been updated to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act. Although rare, where full access can not be offered, this will always be advised at initial stage of contact, when we will be happy to discuss alternatives.
We would however, always recommend that you visit the venue in person, in order to determine the venue suitability for your event.
