Graduation Accommodation

The University is pleased to be able to offer bed and breakfast accommodation for both students and their guests over the Winter Graduation period.

Birks Grange offers modern en-suite bedrooms, located at the heart of student living on the main Streatham Campus, just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the campus.

We are able to offer graduation guests the special rate of £37.95 per single room and £56.95 per double room. This offer is available online only when quoting WGrad13.

When booking, please select Birks Grange in the accommodation search, ensuring that you quote WGrad13 in the promotional code box.

Please note:

- Noise levels should be taken into consideration before proceeding with your booking as the accommodation is in student halls of residence.

- The walk form Birks Grange to the central campus involves ascending a moderate hill. For those guests who require an accessible room, please indicate when booking.
