What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 08.00 – 09.30 unless other arrangements have been made.
Do visitors have access to leisure facilities?
Yes, delegates do have access to the University's excellent sports facilities. Daily charges do apply. Please refer to the Sports Park website or call them direct on 01392 724452.
Is there an emergency number?
Yes, in the event of an emergency please telephone our 24 hour security team on 01392 723999.
Can I send packages to the venue prior to arriving?
Yes, please contact the Event Exeter team (01392 215566) for correct address details, which will depend on which area you are using.
What is the latest time visitors can arrive?
22.30 is the latest time we accept arrivals. If you are going to arrive later than this please advise us so that we can make suitable arrangements for you to collect your keys.
What time do visitors have to vacate their rooms?
Delegates are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00 and return their keys to reception.
What times are the reception areas open from/to?
Within the residences the reception areas are open from 08.00 – 23.00.
What facilities are there in the bedrooms?
All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite rooms also have a small fridge.
Do I have to share a bathroom?
If you have an en-suite room booked then you have your own private bathroom, however if you have a standard bedroom booked then yes, you have to share bathroom facilities.
Is there internet access?
All bedrooms on the Streatham Campus have access to broadband internet access. Guests will need to obtain a username and password and an ethernet cable from the reception area.
Is car parking free or do you have to pay?
Car parking is free for residential guests. They will be given a parking permit when registering. For non-residential visitors there are pay and display machines located around the University campus. The charges during weekdays are as follows:

There are no parking charges at weekends or after 18.00.
Where is the nearest train station?
St. David’s train station is the main line station at Exeter. It is about ¾ mile from the Streatham campus - approximately 15 minutes walk. There is a taxi rank at the station and a trip to the campus will cost cost between £3 - £5. There is also a bus service (H bus) which runs from the train station to the Streatham campus.
Where is the nearest bus station?
The main bus station is on Paris Street, about one mile from the Streatham campus and half a mile from the St. Luke’s campus. A local bus service around the city is run by Stagecoach. A service (D Bus) runs from the city centre to St. Luke’s and the Streatham campus every 15 minutes during the day Monday – Saturday.
