Bed and Breakfast

Situated just 1 mile from Exeter city centre, 20 minutes drive from Dartmoor National Park and the sandy beaches of East and South Devon, the University is the perfect location for a holiday or short break in Devon.

A combination of economy, standard and ensuite bedrooms are available across both campuses. It is also possible to stay on a room only basis.

• All room have a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilities
• All en-suite bedrooms have a mini fridge
• Some rooms have internet access
• Parking permits are issued on arrival.
• All bed linen and towels are provided.
• Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am
• Breakfast choice of Continental or Full English Breakfast

Check In

If you require a late check in please give notice in advance and state this at the time of booking.

• Check in between 3pm - 10pm
• Check out by 10am.
• Please report to the relevent Porter's Lodge for the residence you are staying.

Sports Facilities

The University has a wide range of excellent sports facilities and all residential guests are issued with a resident’s pass, which will allow access (please note charges may apply to some facilities). Please see the University Sports Park Website for full details of facilities.

Accessible Rooms

Holland Hall has 11 accessible bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, (7 are on the ground floor and 4 are serviced with a lift), which provide specific facilities for guests with limited mobility. Full details are available in our Accessibility Statement for Holland Hall

Please note that holiday accommodation is only available during the university Easter and Summer vacations:

Non Arrivals and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please advise the Holiday Lets Team or the Halls of Residence prior to 1pm on the arrival day. All non-arrivals or cancellations after 1pm will be charged for one nights accommodation per room booked. This charge will be debited to your credit/debit card.
