We couldn't have done it without you...

I wanted to write to say thank you so much for all the work you put in to the AHUA conference over the last few months and in particular in the last few weeks and days!  To say that we couldn’t have done it without you is the biggest understatement possible.  At every step of the way you were outstanding in helping us to organise an incredibly successful conference.  Your complete professionalism, pro-activeness, ideas, understanding of what was required and ability to keep smiling whatever we threw at you, and however many changes we made, was amazing!  It was a complete pleasure to work with you and I think every Registrar went away with a first class view of Event Exeter and your ability to put on the very highest quality conferences.

The food was fabulous...

I just wanted to say how very impressed the Martineau contingent was with the facilities, staff and catering that underpinned the AHUA conference. It was an extremely slick, impressive and yet friendly and personable performance from all those we dealt with and the food was fabulous!

All in all it was a very enjoyable and useful conference, so congratulations to all who were involved in its planning and execution.

The porters did a wonderful job...

Just to say a very big thank you to you for looking after us so well over the weekend.  Our event was a huge success and we have had some very positive feedback from our delegates.  Please convey our thanks for a job well done to all the staff involved who were at all times friendly, courtious, helpful and smiling.  The porters did a wonderful job dealing with some 'grumpy old women' and were extremely patient. Thank you once again on behalf of the Guild.

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly...

A very warm thank you from all of us on the organizing committee to you and all colleagues in the Events and hospitality teams for your support during last week’s 2011 International Conference on Behavioural Economics and Economic Psychology.  Staff both in Peter Chalk and in Holland Hall, on the residential, catering and portering sides, could not have been more helpful and friendly, both to us and to the delegates. I had very many positive comments and so far as I can recall not a single complaint about the entire arrangements.  From our point of view, the conference was an outstanding success.

The venue was arranged perfectly...

I would like to thank you both for helping to make our annual conference such a great success.  The venue was arranged perfectly for us, and staff at the conference centre were so helpful and pleasant to work with.  Kelly, your arrangements and procedures for the day worked fantastically, and Geoff, the IT support was second to none, many thanks for your valued technical help and guidance prior to and during the day.  Please also extend our gratitude to all the venue staff there who helped us on the day, in particular the porters for whom nothing was too much trouble, and of course the catering staff who gave us an excellent service. Feedback from the day was overwhelmingly positive, many thanks once again.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for the conference on Friday. We had positive feedback from many delegates. They were particularly complimentary about the catering, and I would appreciate it if you would thank the catering team for me - they had largely cleared up and gone by the time I was free.

A successful and enjoyable visit to Exeter...

I wanted to say an enormous thank you for all of your help for our booking with you at the beginning of August.  The group enjoyed themselves enormously and all commented to me how pleasant and comfortable the accommodation was, and how everyone at Exeter University was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for making the last-minute changes have minimal impact on us and for the daily coach service that you provided for us.  I know the group hugely appreciated this.   They also all commented on how nice the final dinner was on Saturday – so thank you for giving this to us as well.
