Event Exeter will be exhibiting at Excursions 2013 with Heart of Devon on stand number GT369.

Group Travel focus for 2013

Event Exeter will start the new year with a Group Travel focus, exhibiting at the South West Group Travel Show and Excursions 2013.

The University of Exeter provides the ideal base for a group visit to the city of Exeter and surrounding Devon. The self-contained Streatham campus offers a range of accommodation for up to 1150 people, set in the back-drop of 300 acres of woodlands and gardens.

As well as promoting their excellent group facilities, the Event Exeter team will be promoting Devon as a destination on their stand shared with Exeter Tourism, South Devon Railway and Stuart Line Cruises.

The South West Group Travel Show show provides group travel organisers and members of the travel trade with new inspiration for places to visit and things to do with their groups. Taking place at the Fleet Air Arm Museum in Yeovil, Somerset on Saturday 12th January 2013, the show guarantees a great day out with visitors to the show able to explore the museum which is home to Europe’s largest collection of Naval aircraft and the first British Concorde.

Now in its 36th year, Excursions continues to provide Group Travel Organisers with the perfect opportunity to network, discover what’s new and pick up great inspiration for future day trips, short breaks and longer group holidays. Excursions will take place on Saturday 26th January 2013 at Alexandra Palace, London. Visit Event Exeter on the Hart of Devon stand (number GT39).

Whatever your group's interests, you'll find it here! Visit us for ideas on where to stay, what to see and what not to miss!".

With extensive catering and sports facilities, the experienced Event Exeter team can tailor an event for every group's needs and will be on hand before, during and after the stay. For more information please contact us at eventexeter@exeter.ac.uk or on 01392 215566.
