- Demonstrate one of the following:
- Attend the following skills sessions:
- Leadership skills session
- Management of people session
- Attend at least one of the following:
- Understanding Psychometric Testing Session
- Mock Interview with Employer
- And attend at least two out of the following:
- Corporate Responsibility
- Sustainability
- Commercial Awareness
- Project Management
- After you have completed the above you will need to complete an Online Application form to verify a Leadership Activity or Outstanding Achievement (this can be accessed via your Leaders Award profile in My Career Zone).
- Plan, prepare and deliver a presentation. You will be able to view upcoming presentation dates and book a slot once your application is approved.
Completing the Leaders Award
To complete the Exeter Leaders Award, you need to prepare, plan and deliver a 15 minute presentation outlining your leadership activity or outstanding achievement. There will also be 5 minutes for questions. Read the guidance notes on preparing and delivering your presentation for more information.
Presentation dates for Streatham Campus
All presentation sessions are from 2pm to 4pm, in The Old Library, Room 5.
Please note: You are expected to attend the whole 2 hour session to hear other students complete their presentations.

To arrange your Leaders Award presentation please register for your place via My Career Zone. You must have completed all elements of the Award before delivering your presentation. A record of your Award progress can be found on your Leaders Award section in My Career Zone.
