Did you know that Career Zone can help you for up to three yearsfollowing the end of your programme? There is lots of practical support available, including help with career planning, finding vacancies, application forms, CVs and interview techniques. We are running a range of Webinars throughout the autumn when we cover these topics and you can book careers appointments by phone and via Skype. We also have plenty of opportunities to get high quality work experience and lots of vacancies for recent graduates.

Careers advice

We can offer apointments face to face and via phone or Skype. If you're still making decisions about the type of work you're aiming for or preparing applications, you can access useful material here.

UK graduate jobs and internships

You can use My Career Zone to find graduate vacancies anywhere in the UK. If you have forgotten or don't know your username and password you can use the forgotten your password link to reset your details. Your email address will be your registered personal email address, not your @exeter address. If you have any problems please email careers@exeter.ac.uk

The London Internship Scheme

The London Internships Scheme can help Widening Participation graduates find a paid internship in Advertising, Marketing and PR in London, in January 2018. To find out more or to find out if you are eligible for the scheme, email londoninternships@exeter.ac.uk

Creating your own grad job: Access to Internships scheme

Access to internships (A2I) can support you to create your own gradate role with a UK SME of your choice. We can provide your employer up to £1500, to help offset the costs of your wages. Sign up to A2I now to receive further information.

Global graduate study abroad: Common Purpose

eXepert: alumni careers advice

The eXepert scheme provides students and recent graduates the opportunity to contact University alumni to gain advice on how to enter thier chosen sector, work for a certain cmopany, start a business, or extend thier professional network.

Keep in touch

We'll be contacting you around 6 months after graduation to ask you to complete the Destination of Leavers From Higher Education (DLHE) survey to find out what you've been doing since you left us. We'd really appreciate you filling this in as this information is important to the University and to prospective students researching their options.  More information about the DLHE survey can be found here.
