First year programme - Flexible Combined Honours
Four Biochemistry modules are taken:
- Structure and Reactivity of Organic Compounds 1 - BIO1322 (15 credits)
- Biochemistry - BIO1332 (15 credits)
- Microbiology - BIO1337 (15 credits)
- Genetics - BIO1334 (15 credits)
There are no option choices in addition to these, as they take up all 60 credits in this half of the overall Flexible Combined Honours degree programme.
More than 60 credits of biochemistry/biosciences modules can be taken each year within Flexible Combined Honours.
