First year programme - Flexible Combined Honours

DramaTwo Drama modules are taken in the first yer:

  • Pretexts and Contexts of Drama 1 - DRA1010 (30 credits)
  • Theatrical Interpretation: Practitioners - DRA1007 (30 credits)

to make a total of 60 credits in this half of the overall Flexible Combined Honours degree programme.


  • FCH students can take a maximum of 60 credits of Drama in any one year
  • Only seminar-based (i.e. theory rather than practical) level 3 Drama modules can be taken. Studio-based level 3 Drama modules are not available to FCH students. This is because of issues relating to academic viability.
