First year programme - Flexible Combined Honours
Two compulsory Management modules are taken:
- Theory and Practice of Management – BEM1016 (15 credits) – available in either term 1 or 2
- Business School Development – BSD1000 (non-credit bearing) – employabilty module
and 45 credits chosen from level one modules available in the Business School, e.g.:
- Accounting 1 – BEA1006 (15 credits)
- Accounting 2 – BEA1007 (15 credits)
- Introduction to Business Information Systems - BEM1005 (15 credits)
- Leadership and Teams – CLS1001 (15 credits)
- Introduction to Leadership Studies – CLS1002 (15 credits)
- Statistics for Business and Management – BEE1025 (15 credits)
- Economics for Business – BEE1027 (30 credits)
- Note – Management Concepts and Practice – BEA1005 cannot be taken as it overlaps with BEM1007, the compolsory module
to make a total of 60 credits in this half of the overall Flexible Combined Honours degree programme.
