First year programme - Flexible Combined Honours
One compulsory Russian module is taken during the first year:
Either (for those with Russian A-Level):
- Russian Language Skills - MLR1001 (30 credits) (terms 1 and 2)
Or (for those beginning Russian):
- Russian Language for Beginners - MLR1030 (30 credits) (terms 1 and 2)
If you want to take 60 credits of Russain studies, rather than just the 30 language credits, there is also the module:
- Introduction to Russian History and Culture - MLR1003 (30 credits) (terms 1 and 2)
