Second year programme - Flexible Combined Honours
Four Biosciences modules are chosen from:
- Research Skills and Bioethics - BIO2071 (15 credits) - compulsory if biosciences research project (BIO3062) is taken in final year
- Human Molecular Biology - BIO2072 (15 credits)
- Medical and General Microbiology - BIO2078 (15 credits)
- Developmental Biology - BIO2083 (15 credits) - can alternatively be taken in your final year
- Analysis of Biological Macromolecules - BIO2084 (15 credits)
- Genomics and Biotechnology - BIO2087 (15 credits)
- Advanced Cell Biology - BIO2088 (15 credits)
More than 60 credits of biosciences modules can be taken each year within Flexible Combined Honours.
Note that all level 2 modules have level 1 prerequisites, so it is unlikely that students could enter this particular FCH stream at level 2.
