Second year programme - Flexible Combined Honours

Mathematics 45 credits (three modules) are chosen from the following Mathematicsmodules:

  • Analysis - ECM2701 (15 credits)
  • Differential Equations - ECM2702 (15 credits)
  • Linear Algebra - ECM2712 (15 credits)
  • Vector Calculus and Applications - ECM2706 (15 credits)

and 15 credits are chosen from available modules in Mathematics (and can include the 'fourth' module not chosen as the compulsory one in the list above), e.g.:

  • Numerics and Optimisation - ECM2704 (15 credits)
  • Systems, Series and Transforms - ECM2707 (15 credits)
  • Statistics - ECM2709 (15 credits)

to make a total of 60 credits in this half of the overall Flexible Combined Honours degree programme.
