If you need assistance to complete assessments or take exams, the Disability Resource Centre (DRC) can arrange this.
For example:
- you have broken your arm and cannot write easily - the DRC could arrange writing assistance
- you find taking exams in large rooms too stressful - the DRC can arrange a separate room for you
- you have dyslexia and need more time in exams - the DRC can tell departments the appropriate extra amount of time to allow
- you are unable to give a seminar presentation due to stress or disability - the DRC can liaise with the department to seek reasonable alternative assessment
