Guaranteed guest tickets

Each graduand is guaranteed two guest tickets each. Please be aware that graduands must order guest tickets on behalf of their guests during the online registration pages.

Extra guest tickets (£10 per extra ticket)

You may request extra guest tickets and your request added to our waiting list.  Extra tickets, if available, will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  The sooner the graduands request these, the more chance they have of being allocated extras.

Please note there will be a charge of £10 per extra ticket (the 2 guaranteed are free of charge).  If your application for extra tickets is successful we will notify you via email after 5th December 2012 with details of how to pay for them.  Only once they are paid for will they be fully secured.  Failure to pay for them by the allotted deadline (16th December 2012) may result in them being redistributed to those further down the waiting list.  Graduands will also be able to check their total guest ticket allocation via their MyExeter link after 5th December 2012. 

Ticket Packs

Ticket packs for mainland UK based students will be posted to the home address, provided during the registration process, in January 2013.  Two weeks before the ceremony.  Exeter students with a non-UK mainland Address should collect their tickets from the student information desk (SID) in the Forum building on our main Streatham campus from 7th January up to and including the day of the ceremony.  The SID opening times are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm, closed on Sundays. On the day of the ceremony they will be open from 8am to 6pm.

Guests without tickets for the main venue can still attend the overall day and be included in other graduation services on offer.  The ceremony will be streamed live via our website and shown live in our main Forum auditorium on campus.   They will then be able to join the graduand for the college reception after the ceremony, which is open to all and free of charge.
