Summer Ceremonies Timeline

When?EventCommunications

Mid- to Late February

The Ceremony schedule is released online here. You will receive an email notifying you of the schedule's release.
Late March Online registration opens You will receive an invitation email for your ceremony.
Early to Mid-May Registration closes

If you registered to attend your ceremony, you will receive an email confirming your registration and advising of important deadlines/next steps.

If you registered to graduate in absentia, or did not complete registration by the deadline, you will receive an email confirming your non-attendance, and containing information regarding your award document delivery.

Late May/Early June Ticket information available

You will receive an email confirming whether there are additional tickets available for your ceremony and when they will go on sale. This information will also be updated on our Graduation Preparation page under "Book Additional Tickets".

Early June Additional tickets go on sale

You will receive an email with a link to purchase additional tickets (if they are available) at the time they go on sale on the Online Store.

Mid- to Late June Further information available

An email with further information about the ceremony will be sent to you.

Early July Tickets Sent

You will receive your graduation tickets by email approximately 7 days prior to your ceremony.

Award documents available

If you are not attending your ceremony, your award documentation will be issued and you will receive an email notifying you when it is sent to you.
