How do I apply for the Erasmus grant?

If you are eligible for the Erasmus grant the International Office will automatically send you the paperwork required to claim your Erasmus grant. 

The Erasmus Office authorises payments every Monday when the Finance Office is sent the details of those students who have returned the necessary paperwork.  Payments are made by BACS and usually reach your account the following Friday.  A confirmation email will be sent to you with a receipt attached, this receipt must be filled in fully and returned immediately.  Please note that depending on when we receive your paperwork it might take up to two weeks for your grant to reach your bank account.

The Erasmus grant is paid in Sterling, please ensure you have entered your Sterling bank account details onto your MyExeter portal, failure to do so will delay your payment.
