Application status reports

Our monthly application status reports are designed to support you. They help you track applications of students you have referred to us as well as ensuring we have an up-to-date record of the students you have referred.

These are some handy codes that will help you make the most of your monthly report:

Decision codes:
C - Conditional offer
CI - Conditional offer accepted but no deposit paid
CF - Conditional offer accepted and deposit paid
CD - Conditional offer declined
CIUI - Conditions of offer met but no deposit paid
CIUF - Conditions of offer met and deposit paid
CFUF - Conditions of CF offer met and deposit paid
U - Unconditional offer
UI - Unconditional offer accepted but no deposit paid
UD - Unconditional offer declined
UF - Unconditional offer accepted and deposit paid
R – Reject

Faculty:
UG – Undergraduate course
PGT – Postgraduate taught
PGR- Postgraduate Research

If you have referred students to the University but are not receiving a monthly status report or there are students you have referred that do not appear on the report please contact the International Office at agent@ex.ac.uk.
