Applications 2011/12

If you want to take part in an Erasmus exchange you will need to register your interest with your departmental Erasmus co-ordinator, they will talk through the application process with you.

Modules

Please note when choosing your modules that we have asked you to complete a reserve list of modules also. The Learning Agreement submitted in your application pack indicates a proposed programme of study approved in principle and is subject to change. The modules you initially choose may not be available due to timetable clashes, staff availability, etc and you will be offered other modules subject to availability. Your Learning Agreement will be finalised upon arrival and any changes to your final programme of study will be recorded on the reverse of the form.

Forms

All forms for incoming Erasmus students are now available to download. We no longer provide paper copies to our partners. Please note that if you do not return a complete set of forms (ECTS 1, 2 and 3) the application process will be delayed. Forms without the relevant signatures will not be processed.

  • Deadline for applications for the full academic year/first semester is 30 June 2011. Deadline for the second semester is 31 October 2011.
  • We will not process applications unless we receive all forms stamped and certified.
  • All forms must be posted. We cannot accept applications via fax.
  • We are unable to reply to email enquiries and telephone calls regarding receipt of forms.

Unicard

Your Unicard is the official identification card for the University of Exeter, it bears a unique barcode and student number and is issued for the duration of your course. If you are coming to Exeter as an Erasmus student you must download the Unicard Application Form. It is extremely important that you return the Unicard form promptly as you will need it for building access, library loans, IT services, photocopying and printing, etc.
