Our world-famous Institute for Arab & Islamic Studies has a number of research professors expert in Iraq, and we have welcomed many Iraqi students to study with us over the years. The University is also a founder member of the British Universities Iraq Consortium, (BUIC).
The University of Exeter is unique in that it is the only university in the UK to teach the Kurdish language and Kurdish studies at degree level.
