What will happen when I arrive on 20 July?
There will be one coach pick up from Heathrow Airport on Saturday 20 July at a time to be confirmed.
How can I get to the hotel in London?
If you do not wish to use the coach service from Heathrow, you can make your own way to the hotel at Covent Garden, where there will be University staff and buddies to greet you. Travel by public transport to Covent Garden Underground Station could not be easier, with a direct underground train from Heathrow airport to the station. The Travelodge hotel is a five minute walk from the station.
Where is the hotel?

Will there be any University of Exeter Staff at the hotel?
You will be accompanied throughout your stay in London by a University representative and coach transport will be provided from London to Exeter, so you can relax and enjoy the visit!
How will I get back to London when the Summer School finishes?
At the end of the International Summer School a coach will be available to take you from Exeter to London Heathrow and London Victoria. It will depart Exeter early on 10 August. It is recommended that you book a late afternoon/early evening return flight from London on 10 August or arrange accommodation to enable you to stay in London until 11 August.
