International Exeter Summer School Cancellation Policy
Students are required to pay a 10% deposit on initial acceptance on the Summer School programme. This deposit is non refundable.
Students are required to pay the balance of fees by 31 May or immediately on acceptance on the course after this date. If a student wishes to withdraw from the programme after paying full fees, the University will refund the balance of fees but will deduct a penalty charge of £250 to cover administrative and other costs incurred.
We advise that if you would like to recoup your costs in the event of cancellation, you consider taking out appropriate insurance.
If a student withdraws within 21 days of the programme start date, there will be no refund of fees unless there are exceptional mitigating circumstances.
If the Programme is cancelled and you are therefore not able to attend, the University will refund all payments you have made in respect of the Programme.
Visas
Please note it is your responsibility to obtain a visa before travelling. The University will not bear any responsibility from any difficulties or costs which arise resulting from a student's failure to obtain a visa within the required timescale.
