We are always happy to answer queries from international students and members of staff about any immigration and welfare issues.

Queries

If you can't find the information you are looking for on our website you can log an enquiry through the Student Information Desk Online, which is accessed via the 'Help and Support' tab in the MyExeter Portal.

Prospective students and staff can email us directly on sid@exeter.ac.uk.

Appointments and drop-ins

We offer bookable appointments on all campuses as well as term time drop-in sessions in the new Student Services Centre.  When requesting an appointment please remember to state which campus you would like to be seen at.  There are a limited number of weekly appointments at our St Luke's campus so make sure you book in advance.

If you wish to see us at any other time, or you have a very complex query, you MUST make an appointment using the Student Information Desk Online or by emailing sid@exeter.ac.uk.

We will respond to your appointment request within 3 days to offer you an appointment time. Please note that you do not have an appointment until you have received this confirmation email.

We regret that we cannot see students without prior appointments in our offices. If you drop-in to see us, we will have to send you away and direct you to this website.

Cornwall Campus

In the first instance please contact advisers at the Streatham Campus (as described above) who will be able to help you or point you in the right direction.

INTO students

Jemma Clancy and Melian Kearney offer dedicated visa advice for all INTO students. INTO students can book an appointment or attend a drop-in session by enquiring at the INTO reception in the INTO Building or by emailing intovisa@exeter.ac.uk
