The Digital Hub: Find answers to your digital questions.

The Digital Hub

The new Digital Hub is loaded with help, guidance and advice. It’s a place to help you master and adopt new and existing digital tools, working in the best ways possible. Content available includes:

Espresso Sessions

The Digital Transformation team, along with other experts, will be developing and hosting a series of Espresso sessions. These will be available to view initially online, through the Digital Hub, and eventually as live drop-in sessions at the Digital Hub in the Forum on campus.

So grab a coffee and have a look at the Espresso menu to see what’s on offer.

Making Working From Home Work

Watch one of our Vlogs by people at the University just like you who are making the best of working remotely during the Coronavirus pandemic. Check out the daily Making Working From Home Work (MWFHW) tips on Yammer!

Book time with an expert

We know that sometimes you just need to talk to someone or be shown something. That's why we've set up this help, guidance and advice support within the Digital Hub to help you get things done. Use this page to book dedicated 1-2-1 support wherever you are.

We offer 10 minute surgery sessions for those times when you just need to know something specific. And we can provide group Super User sessions for 45 minutes that provide more detailed overviews and cover topics that you agree in advance. We may not be able to answer your question there and then, but we will go away and try to find you an answer. Book here and we’ll see you online!

If you’re up for it, you can take part too. We’re always looking for those happy to be on video to share their digital tips. Perhaps you’d like to get involved in creating espresso sessions? Let us know by joining the conversation on Yammer and stay in touch.
