LSI Executive Board
LSI is overseen by the LSI Executive Board chaired by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Impact), Professor Neil Gow FRS.
The Board brings together the Pro Vice-Chancellors from the Institutes three contributing Colleges:
- Professor Clive Ballard from the College of Medicine and Health,
- Professor Dan Charman from the College of Life and Environmental Sciences
- Professor Ken Evans from the College of Engineering, Maths and Physics.
The three LSI Associate Directors and the LSI Manager are also members of the Executive Board as is the Chief College Operations Officer.
The Executive Board holds full executive authority for LSI and looks to the LSI Associate Directors to deliver on the Institutes research and impact strategy, its teaching strategy and its internationalisation strategy. It considers LSI's financial and research income position and monitors its activities on a termly basis.
