Abstract

Most search strategies to identify relevant literature for systematic reviews consist of method filters and conceptually developed components. However this does not warrant that the strategy is successful in terms of sensitivity and/or precision. This talk will give an introduction to an empirically driven process to develop and test search strategies and will show a case study of a search for complex interventions on health literacy.
