PSRA nominations are now open

Nominations now open for fourth annual PSRAs

Nominations are now open for the Professional Services Recognition Awards, and everyone connected with the University is encouraged to recognise the excellent work of colleagues.

The awards, which take place on Streatham Campus on Wednesday 25 November, are an opportunity to celebrate the exceptional work and achievements of colleagues across the Professional Services and Falmouth Exeter Plus.  This year, the awards are being sponsored by Bidvest Foodservice, and take a special place in the programme of events celebrating the University's Diamond Jubilee.

Nominations are open until Friday 25 September. Nominations are encouraged from both academic and Professional Services colleagues, as well as students and colleagues working in other organisations who wish to thank someone for their hard work.

All Professional Services staff can be nominated, and we especially welcome nominations for colleagues working at Falmouth Exeter Plus (FX Plus.)

You can nominate in seven categories:

  • Outstanding project of the year
  • Excellent Service Award (two awards for Best Support for Staff, and Best Support for Students)
  • Roddy Ross Award for Innovation
  • The Learning and Experience Award
  • Outstanding Collaboration Award
  • Wellbeing Award
  • David Allen Hero/ine of the Year

Jacqui Marshall, Director of Human Resources and Interim Chief Operating Officer, said: “I am delighted to announce the 2015 Professional Services Recognition Awards. These awards are a fantastic opportunity for us to recognise the outstanding achievements of our professional staff, who are central to the University’s success.

"Please encourage your teams and colleagues to nominate people they feel have made an outstanding contribution in the past year.”

Nominations will close on  Friday 25 September.Hard copy nomination forms are also available from building receptions at Streatham, St Luke’s and Penryn campuses.
