Annual SSIS Research Methods Festival

The Annual College of Social Sciences and International Studies Research Methods Festival has been designed to complement the PGR research seminar training sessions which take place across the academic year. The event aims to introduce delegates to a range of contemporary research projects and methodological issues and to allow students further exploration and discussion of research related issues. Our keynote speaker for the event will be Professor Gaby Weiner, who will be speaking about her recently published text: Deconstructing and Reconstructing Lives. The event will end with a mock viva, which will enable students an insight into this process of examination. A drinks reception will also be held after this session.
