Event details

The South West Alumnae Group is hosting a networking evening open to any graduates in the South West that are interested in breaking through the glass ceiling. The evening will include a tour of the new business school, networking, and speakers sharing their research and firsthand experience of breaking through the glass ceiling.

Our speakers include:

- Professor Michelle Ryan, who first coined the phrase ‘Glass Cliff’, is a Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology at the University of Exeter.

- Chief Superintendent Julie Fielding, who is Police Commander for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly, has broken through the glass ceiling in her career in the Police force, and has recently completed an MBA at the University of Exeter Business School.

There will be plenty of opportunity to network with the panel and attendees on the night.
