Martin Shaw is Research Professor, Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI), Professorial Fellow in International Relations and Human Rights, University of Roehampton, London and Emeritus Professor of International Relations, University of Sussex. His talk will be based around his new book, Genocide and International Relations: Changing Patterns in the Late Modern World, Cambridge University Press, October 2013.
