For those of you who are not familiar with Ultimate Frisbee (or Ultimate as it is more commonly known) the game is a mixed sport played by all ages and involves 2 teams of 5 or 7 people competing against each other to score points by successfully catching a frisbee in the opponents end zone. It's kind of a cross between Netball and American Football but it is a non contact sport and the teams are mixed gender and ability. It's also a lot of fun and a great way to keep fit and make friends. The best thing about Frisbee is that it can be played by anyone, of any experience, and the game is more about having fun than playing competitively.
