The seminar will focus on examples of Dr Stranges’ own research on cardiovascular and diabetes prevention. Specific areas will be: (i) the role of micronutrients and dietary supplements in cardio-metabolic health; (ii) the health implications of sleep disturbances; (iii) public health challenges in the area of cardio-metabolic health in low-resource settings.
