Tai Chi Lunchtime Sessions for Staff

Wednesdays 13.00-14.00

In this tai chi class everyone is welcome to come and experience the moves of tai chi that:give you an effortless and natural level of fitness; are strengthening, energising and good for flexibility release the pressures of life and work and help you to feel restored, relaxed and balanced.

You will learn moves and exercises that work as individual pieces but also join together to create a moving piece.

You are welcome as a compete novice or as an experienced tai chi player to attend the full series or on a one-off basis, as and when you are able to come.
