Webinar: A little less conversation, a little more action please

This short webinar is open to students and alumni, and is looking at how to get what you want from conversation. The event will explore techniques, tips and ideas to a successful pre, during and post conversation. This webinar will look at how best to plan your conversation, how to lead and manage conversations and what to do afterwards to ensure you always get what you want from conversation in all aspects of work and personal life. Not forgetting useful exercises, reflections and tools to ensure you achieve what you want and when you want it simply by having an effective and productive chat!

This webinar will be interactive, with opportunities to ask questions, take part in polls and engage with Debbie throughout.
