The 9th International Congress of Morita Therapy

This conference will bring together leading Japanese and international contributors working with Morita Therapy for two days of presentations, workshops and discussion on applying Morita Therapy in a UK and international context.

The conference is convened by:

Dr David Richards, Professor of Mental Health Services Research, University of Exeter Medical School, UK.

Keynote speakers for the conference include:

  • Theory and practice of Morita Therapy - Professor Kei Nakamura and Dr Kenji Kitanishi, Japan
  • Nature and ecology in Psychotherapy - Professor Sara L Warber, USA
  • Evidence based medicine and Morita Therapy - Professor Ken Stein, UK

There will be a pre-conference workshop run by Professors Ishu Ishiyama, Brian Ogawa and David Richards during the afternoon of Wednesday 31st August. The cost of a place on the workshop is £80.
