Athena SWAN event - keynote speaker Professor Teresa Rees CBE

The purpose of this occasion will be to celebrate the Universitys work and progress on Athena SWAN and it will also be an opportunity for staff and students to learn more about the aims of Athena SWAN. This event will begin with a talk form our keynote speaker  Professor Teresa Rees CBE from Cardiff Universitys School of Social Sciences. Professor Rees is a key academic in the area of gender mainstreaming and women in science policy and practice. This will be followed by a panel of Scientists from across the STEM/M Colleges. Those who attend the event will be asked to provide questions for the panel to discuss. Refreshments will also be provided after the event, giving attendees an opportunity to continue discussions.

Transport will be provided from campuses in Cornwall, along with a video conference link for those not able to travel to Exeter.
