Working with external partners

ESI Early Career Researchers (ECR) network event

Interacting with external stakeholders and collaborators can form an integral part of research programmes. The aim of the session is to get your insight, as ECR’s and Lecturers regarding the opportunities you see about working with external partners and the impediments / threats you perceive about making good on these opportunities and how the University/Faculty/Department could help you.

Event details

The ESI ECR network aims to bring together the community of ECR’s across the Cornwall campuses to foster interdisciplinary ideas and act as a social hub for the group. Of course, the social elements of the network are extremely important too and over the coming year, we would like to encourage ECRs from across the Cornwall campuses to join us at ESI for a series of informal events with guest speakers, to explore some areas of focus for future careers and research practice. If that’s not enough to tempt you, pasties and refreshments usually feature! We will endeavour to deliver a hybrid option for those unable to attend in person.

This will be held at the Environment and Sustainability Institute, University of Exeter on Penryn Campus.  It will be a hybrid event, so if you can’t join us at the ESI, do join us on MS Teams. Please email esienquiries@exeter.ac.uk for the link.
