ExeteR User Group Launch Event
R is an open source, free statistical programming language used for data analysis in academia & industry.
The ExeteR User Group has been setup for anyone with an interest in R, whether they are expert users or just starting out. Presentations at the launch event will be followed by an opportunity for networking over wine and nibbles.

Our plan is to organize user-group meetings using either external speakers from both academia and industry or have members of the group present their knowledge of R packages, best practice and specialist topics.
For future meetings we would love to hear from anyone who is either willing to give a short presentation or has suggestions for speakers!
