Information

Attendees at this one day workshop will focus on defence-related research at the University of Exeter and be able to speak to research funders and contractors.

At this event you will learn more about the defence industry, hear about funding opportunities, and be able to speak to industry experts.

During this event, speakers will:

  • Demystify the Statement of Requirements (Karen Lane, BAE Systems).
  • Explain DSTL's R Cloud framework (Neil Higson, DSTL).
  • Outline what it takes to be part of a successful consortium (Richard Ley, RED Scientific).

We encourage all attendees from academia and industry with an interest in defence research to attend. Attendees you will be able to network with academics and speakers, and listen to short presentations on existing University research.

We would like to display research posters at this event and welcome enquiries about displaying your work.
