Professor Rose McCabe, University of Exeter Medical School warmly welcomes:

  • Jemima Dooley  – University of Exeter Medical School – will present her research on video recorded memory clinic visits
  • Norms McNamara will talk about his personal experience of receiving and living with a diagnosis of dementia – he is the founder of the Global Purple Angel dementia awareness campaign  http://www.purpleangel-global.com/
  • Elaine McNamara, Norms wife, will talk about her experience from a carer’s perspective
  • Matt Murray will talk about a diagnosis of dementia from the Alzheimer’s Society perspective
