A Strategy for You: A Career Workshop for Women

Do you have a strategy for you?  A plan for your next steps in your career?

The University is supporting their local alumnae and final year students with a day of career workshops for women, helping you to examine your career strategy, whether you are at the beginning of your career or well-established. The day will be led by alumna Jessica Gibby (Spanish and French 1984) of Jade Language and Events, and Kathryn Bishop, Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and will be a fantastic opportunity for alumnae and students to be challenged and inspired.

During the day, you will have the opportunity to think about your skills and strengths and how you might best develop them, to reflect on your career journey and where you want to get to, as well as your purpose in your working life.  You will leave the day with greater self-knowledge and a clearer view of what you could do next.   The day will be highly interactive, working together in groups and pairs to exchange insights and experiences, and built around well-researched frameworks for discussion.

Please note that parking will be a premium on 19th March as we are also hosting a post-offer holder visit day. Parking will be free on the weekend. Places are limited, so book yours today!

This one-day workshop is just £20 per person or free for students and includes lunch. There are three booking options:

2. If you are a student studying at Streatham or St Luke’s campus please contact the Exeter Women in Business Society.
3. If you are a student studying at Penryn or Truro campus please visit our student booking page on the online store.
