Part of the Impact and Engaged Research Network

Event details

Who should attend?

Researchers with an interest in collaboration and impact are welcome to join this open session.

What is the event about?

Join Dr Nicola Thomas (Director of Impact, Geography) and Jocelyn Spencer-Mills (Studio Producer, Kaleider) as they share their experiences of working in partnership to support creative pathways to impact for a range of audiences and stakeholders.

The Department of Geography and Kaleider have embarked on an intensive period of collaboration with the aim of working in collaboration across arts practice and research to produce innovative pathways to impact.

The collaboration was also designed to support the development of a broader creative, skilled,  agile and receptive engaged research culture within the department.  Kaleider are an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation based in Exeter. They bring people together to design, promote and produce extraordinary creative experiences.

In this session, they’ll share their insights into this process and how they’ve been innovative in their partnership working, followed by time for discussion.
