Overview of REF2021 and our Code of Practice

This town hall meeting, hosted by Professor Neil Gow (Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Impact) will enable all staff to find out more about the Research Excellence Framework (REF) and how REF2021 is different from previous exercises.


Event details

Following on from a recent consultation on the University of Exeter Draft Research Excellence Framework (REF2021) Code of Practice, this is another opportunity to discuss further the proposed route of this important document to help guide the University's practices and processes in preparation for the REF2021 submission in November 2020.

  • The researchers' to do list and key milestones
  • The staff eligibility procedure
  • The output selection procedure
  • How to report individual circumstances
