Happy to Share! Reducing loneliness and social isolation in communities
There are 9 million lonely people in the UK. Loneliness is a sign that something needs to change. There are things we can do within ourselves and within our communities to connect with each other and help one another feel supported. This event showcases an innovative yet simple initiative aiming to combat loneliness and social isolation in our community currently being rolled out across the UK. With researchers at the University of Exeter working alongside this project, join us to share your stories and discuss how we can commit to change to benefit all members of our communities.
