Student life in Cornwall
Over the past decade Cornwall has emerged as one of the world’s iconic destinations. From the dramatic coastline of the north to the sheltered bays in the south, from ancient moorland to soft river estuaries, surfers, walkers, sailing buffs, gastronauts and visitors simply seeking a break from the hectic world have discovered a fascinating, vibrant culture, food to die for and a naturally thrilling adventure playground.
Falmouth is small enough to make friends quickly, but big enough that you can get away and find some peace if you need space. It’s the hub of Cornwall’s booming creative scene, with art, design and media practitioners flocking here. Falmouth has a great café culture to explore, great nightlife and a diverse programme of film, theatre music, exhibitions and national music, comedy, dance and theatre tours….
There is nothing like watching the sunset with a surf on the North coast and then coming home to the awe inspiring live music in our local Gylly Cafe on the beach. Alternatively we are so lucky to have the Eden Project right on our doorstep, being an awesome place to chill out and enjoy the lush surroundings. If you're wanting to step it up a bit you can also try their now famed Friday Night Arts Café which will keep you on your feet long into the night.
You’ll start to wonder how you’re going to fit it all in!
