Academic Skills Development and ASK: Academic Skills
Academic Skills Development (Exeter)
The Academic Skills Development Team is located in Education Enhancement and offers support for all students who wish to broaden their academic skills. There are opportunities to develop a range of skills including essay writing, presentations, exam technique, time and dissertation management, team working and critical thinking. Much of our provision is delivered through academic colleges in consultation with academics and module tutors.
A limited centralised one-to-one service is also available and we coordinate maths and statistics support within the colleges. A number of online skills resources are also available for self-study and support.
To find out more about what is on offer, visit the Academic Skills website: as.exeter.ac.uk/support/development/ or log an enquiry with the Student Information Desk.
