The bookstock, journals and resources cover a very wide range of subjects with specialisms in Education and Sports Sciences. There is a large School-Based Work (teaching practice) section which contains materials directly relevant to school age children.

There are PCs, a photocopier, scanning facilities and study spaces for you to use for your work housed around the building.

The Library is open on week days and weekends but times vary during the year, so please check the current opening hours for up to date information.

The library has over 180 study spaces; 36 of these are in the 24/7 Study Room. In addition, there are 36 PCs, of which the majority are in the 24/7 Haighton PC Cluster.
